• Our Computer generated report which is e-mailed to you the SAME DAY as the inspection is completed. The inspection report is also posted on our website for easy retrieval. • Garr Home Inspection’s advice does not end with the inspection; we offer UNLIMITED TELEPHONE CONSULTATIONS after the inspection.
• Garr Home Inspection is also licensed to complete RADON MEASUREMENT TESTING. We have a Continuous Radon Monitoring Device which is utilized to record radon readings for 48 hours and then provide you immediate results without lengthy lab testing. Call today to schedule a test!
• To allow our customers to have a one stop shop for all home inspection items we have selected a TERMITE SPECIALIST that will work closely with Garr Home Inspections. We’ve lived in this area for over 40 years--we are very familiar with the houses here and the problems we may encounter. We request 2-5 days’ advance notice to schedule an inspection, but can accommodate emergency situations.

A diverse background in electrical engineering has provided me with a strong foundation of knowledge and practical experience to perform residential home inspections.

Mark's background includes:

• 15 years of experience in Aircraft Avionic Engineering within a multimillion dollar global airline company.
• Several years of performing technical and financial audits.
• Six years of experience within the Kentucky Air National Guard, with expertise in avionic trouble shooting.
• Business travel has included international trips to China, Singapore, France, England, Germany, Ireland, Denmark, and Israel.
• Work experiences have equipped me with good communication and organizational skills.
• Received two Bachelor of Science degrees from the University of Louisville, including an Electrical Engineering degree from the J.B. Speed School of Engineering.
